At Lounger Decor, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. All our décor clocks are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty or non-functioning mechanisms

  • Defective materials

  • Workmanship issues

If your product is affected by any of the above, we will provide a free replacement or repair, depending on the situation.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not include:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or installation

  • Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts

  • Water damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Your order number

  3. Photos or videos showing the defect

We will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.

Replacement Process

If the issue is covered under warranty, we will:

  • Ship a replacement product free of charge, or

  • Provide a repair solution if applicable

You may be asked to return the defective item. If so, we will provide instructions.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date you receive your item.
